Building a Strong Bond Outdoors
After the pressure of keeping up with the daily tasks, employees gathered around to participate in Glophics’ team building that aims to build new friendships outside the workplace setting. The company believes that planning a series of team-building events, employees will improve their skills in communication, critical thinking, and teamwork.

The team building was held at Guanzon Beach Resort at Langtad Bridge in Naga City in Cebu on November 16, 2019. As soon as everybody’s complete, the employees indulged in a delicious lunch and followed by hours of swimming and singing karaoke.

Miss Marichu Alipar, Manager of Glophics hosted the team building presented three exciting games that tested their productivity in a fun and thrilling way. They were able to work well as a team and listen to each member’s game plan. Each winning team received gift packs from Miss Marichu on behalf of the Management.
