Team Building 2022: Team Glophics Goes to Estaca Bay Resort, Compostela
It’s that month of the year, and we, here at team Glophics, just recently resumed our yearly team-building events after Covid-19 hits globally. The last two years were tough because of the pandemic crisis. Outdoor activities were strictly prohibited, so we abide by what was mandated by the law for the safety of everyone.
Since the situation is doing better now compared to before, we held our Team Building on the 11th of June 2022 at Estaca Bay Resort, Compostela. It was nice seeing these happy faces again after a couple of years of not being able to have fun outdoors.
We always care for the well-being of our employees, and we want them to enjoy a work-life balance.
Team building is our way of letting our employees have fun outside the work setting. Meet with other friends and colleagues, and showcase their good interpersonal skills. It’s the best way to boost our company culture where everyone is getting along with each other, from one department to another!

Team building always involves activities that showcase their good camaraderie and skills, such as interpersonal, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, leadership, and competitiveness. So we create three types of games to showcase those skills that one might not aware of.
The games were called Name Game, Card Game, and Bird Box Game!
Game 1: Name Game
The goal is to get to know each other’s identity, such as knowing their first name, middle name, last name, birthday, and other personal details. They will fall in line according to the first letter of their name. The winner will receive a cash prize from Glophics Management.
Game 2: Card Game
The purpose of this game is for each team member to show their techniques and strategies on how to solve a given task.
Game 3: Bird Box Game
Each leader is tasked to provide instructions to their team members while wearing blindfolds. The best group who can provide firm instructions and follow will finish the obstacle easily and are considered the winner.
Every team enjoyed it because fun never stops here at Glophics! We aim to remain dedicated and committed to meeting the company’s goal, but that doesn’t mean we don’t find time to enjoy and destress. We made our team building successful, meaningful, motivational, and loads of fun this year.
