Introducing the New Glophics Office Space!

With the business ever-growing, we at Glophics have recently expanded our office to accommodate the influx of new employees and meet the needs of the existing ones. In our blog today, we are going to talk about the various additions and improvements we’ve made over the course of our renovations. But first, we’ll provide you with a brief history lesson about the company and how we’ve made it to where we are today. 

Starting out as a small office operating out of Club Ultima, Glophics has come a long way from our humble beginnings of only three employees. Today, we are located on the top floor of the 2nd IT tower in the Cebu Business Park and support more employees than ever. With an expanded office, we hope to provide more opportunities to talented individuals and provide valuable service to several customers.

Now, let’s take a look at the new office.

The Lobby Area

With the office expanding, one of the main things we focused on was creating a lobby for visitors and applicants. Here, they can relax while waiting to be tended to by our secretary. This also ensures that our employees are able to fully focus on performing their tasks without worrying about any distractions. For applicants, they will stay here as they wait for their turn to be called for an interview or a performance evaluation. 

Dedicated Meeting Room

With each department continuing to add new members, we saw it fit to add a larger meeting room to our office. With a larger space, team leaders can comfortably converse with their team members and create important strategies to improve the business. Aside from the regular team meetings, it also provides a place for new hires to be introduced to the company. They’ll be given the full course about company culture and rules.

Additional Space Around the Office

As we’ve mentioned before, adding more space to the main office means that we are able to accommodate more employees and give them the space to perform at the highest level. A safe and comfortable environment ensures that all of your employees are giving it their all without having to worry about anything else. Through these changes, we aim to increase employee satisfaction, among other things.

Revamped Pantry Area

Speaking of employee comfort, we’ve expanded our pantry area, adding a few more tables and chairs to give each person a better meal experience during lunch. In the pantry, employees can now enjoy their meals in the office without having to suffer the heat of the afternoon sun. This also gives team members the opportunity to grow closer with each other and newbies to get acquainted with each other.

Final Thoughts

As our business continues to grow further, we aim to make it easier for our employees to do their jobs and make it a fun place to work. We are looking to expand our office even further as we take in more and more employees. With a larger business, we are able to provide even better services, among others.
