Summer Team Building 2025: Fun in the Sun
The time for the annual summer team building has come once again. As a company tradition, it is the time when new and old employees get acquainted with each other through fun games, performances, and, of course, delicious food.
This year, our venue was a big one. The Solea Mactan Resort, a four-star hotel, provided the backdrop for a day of excitement. The event began as it always does – an introduction from the esteemed Edgardo Enot.

Just as the year before, the festivities begin with presentations from various departments.
First to perform was the Night Shift Sales and Designers department. An excellent performance by the group set the tone for the entire contest. The dance number elicited numerous laughs and cheers from the audience. The second team to perform was the Dev team. They performed various acts that showed the audience just how talented they all are. Mixing singing, dancing, and a comedy routine, they became instant contenders for the number 1 spot.

Finale of the Dev Teams’ Performance
After the Dev team, the Morning Sales and Designers team came in with a strong performance of their very own. With a rap and dance number, the crowd was electrified, and the energy was at an all-time high. The Admin team came next, and they had a nice Karaoke number, choosing a unique performance for the audience to enjoy. The final team to perform was the marketing team, who gave an equally memorable performance. All the teams gave it their very best to provide the audience with performances that they won’t soon forget.

Now, before everyone could get started on their favourite part – eating – we decided to play a game! With the employees separated into four teams, the first game began. After a close and exciting race, the orange team emerged victorious in the first game, and lunch was finally served.
Soon after lunch, the second game could begin. Like the first game, it was all about who could finish the task first. This time around, the players had to catch balls in a cup. The first one to have the final person finish the task wins. Once again, the Orange team came out victorious, securing their second win of the day.

For the third and final team game, teams must form a line and carry a balloon without dropping it. The human centipede then had to navigate the obstacles and reach the finish line. In an unexpected turn of events, the orange team was unable to complete the three-peat, and the purple team emerged victorious.

Now, to spice things up, two more games were played between the employees: Trip to Jerusalem and Dodgeball. Both were won by the same employee with two different partners. Once the fun was all over, the winners of the performance were announced, and this year’s champions were the Dev Team! The versatile talent show they did really paid off in the end.

And that concludes all the events and festivities. Of course, the employees enjoyed their remaining time playing volleyball by the beach and exploring the different pools at the Solea Mactan Resort. Look forward to our Year End Party blog for more epic company events!
