Celebrating Our Top Sales Representative and Designer of the Month

At Glophics, we believe that recognizing employee success is more than just a pat on the back. It is a celebration of dedication, motivation, creativity, and results. That is why we launched our Monthly Recognition Program that started in November 2025. It aims to honor exceptional contributions, recognize outstanding performance, and encourage continued excellence within our Sales Department.

Each month, we shine a spotlight on our Top Sales Representative and Top Designer, highlighting individuals who go above and beyond in achieving targets, delighting clients, and inspiring their colleagues.

This program does more than just provide incentives. It is an opportunity to celebrate achievement, encourage healthy competition, and reinforce a culture where every effort is noticed and valued. Every month, the achievements of these outstanding team members are a reminder of the incredible talent and dedication within our company.

What It Takes to Win

Our monthly recognition program is crafted to motivate, inspire, and celebrate outstanding performance for every member of the sales department. The criteria for winning are clear, achievable, and measurable:

Award Basis For Top Sales Representative:

  • Number of inquiries
  • Manually closed deals
  • Total number of manual emails

Award Basis for Top Designer:

  • The highest number of final proofs created for the month

Beyond numbers and deadlines, attitude and dedication are what truly set winners apart. From consistently going the extra mile and taking initiative to embodying the spirit of excellence, that’s what drives our company forward.

The Impact on Our Team and Company

Recognizing top performers goes beyond individual rewards. It has a ripple effect across the entire team. Since launching the program, we’ve observed:

Increased motivation: Team members are in high spirits and more inspired to push their limits and contribute ideas.

Higher performance levels: Recognition fosters healthy competition, encouraging everyone to raise their standards and do better.

Stronger collaboration: Top Sales Representatives and designers work more closely and collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

Celebrating achievements also reinforces company culture. It creates an environment where employees feel recognized, valued, and inspired to grow. Every contribution matters, and success is always a team effort.

Words From Our Winners

We asked our top performers to share their thoughts on winning for January and February’s recognition:

John Kenneth Auxillo, January’s Top Sales Representative

“There’s a quiet kind of pressure that comes with aiming to be a top sales representative. People see the numbers, the rankings, the wins—but not always the discipline behind it.

Some days it’s confidence. Other days it’s doubt. You celebrate a closed deal, then immediately start chasing the next one. It’s a constant balance between resilience and hunger.

What I’ve learned is this: being at the top isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about consistency, mindset, and how you handle rejection. Growth happens in the follow-ups, the missed calls, the “not now” that eventually turn into “let’s talk.”

Still striving. Still learning. Still showing up.”John Kenneth Auxillo

Mara Charlyn Niño, February’s Top Sales Representative

“I never really set out to be recognized or anything like that. Honestly, all I’ve been trying to do is stay focused on my work, get things done on time, and be a reliable member of the team in whatever way I can. That’s always been the main goal for me, nothing too fancy, just doing my part consistently and making sure I contribute where it counts.

But at the same time, I won’t lie, it does feel really good to be acknowledged. After putting in all that effort, constantly reaching out, calling, and following up with clients, and doing those repeated re-engagements just to secure orders, it’s nice to see that it all paid off. There were definitely moments where it felt tiring or even a bit repetitive, but knowing that those efforts didn’t go unnoticed and were actually appreciated and rewarded makes it all worth it.

I also recognize that this kind of recognition comes with a bit of pressure. There’s that added expectation to keep performing at the same level, or even better. But I think it’s a good kind of pressure. It pushes not just me, but the whole team, to stay sharp and keep improving. It reminds us to stay focused, meet our deadlines, and be more mindful of the quality of our work.

In a way, it motivates us to minimize mistakes as much as possible and really pay attention to the details, because at the end of the day, what we deliver reflects on us as a team. We want to make sure that the quality of our products and services remains consistent and even improves, so we can continue meeting, or hopefully exceeding, our clients’ expectations.”Mara Charlyn B. Niño

Francis Luis Ruel, January and February’s Top Designer

“To be recognized as the Designer of the Month for two consecutive months. This achievement means a lot to me, not just as an individual, but as part of a team that constantly inspires creativity and growth.

Design, for me, is more than just visuals, it’s about communicating ideas, telling stories, and making an impact. Being given the opportunity to contribute and be trusted with that responsibility is something I deeply appreciate.

Over the past month, I made it a priority to stretch my creative limits, focus on the finer details, and remain receptive to feedback. Every task served as a learning experience, whether it involved improving my workflow, experimenting with new styles, or strengthening collaboration with the team.

I would like to thank my team and everyone who supports and motivates me. Your feedback and encouragement push me to improve and do better every day.

This recognition is not just a milestone, but also a reminder to keep learning, stay creative, and continue delivering my best work.”Francis Luis Ruel

Their words are a reminder that recognition is more than just a reward or incentive. It is a source of motivation and pride that fuels continued success and the desire to be better than yesterday.
