Job description

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Filing – Sales summary reports; check vouchers, all files related to accounting
  • Issue and monitor Official Receipts and coordinate with the External Accounting Firm for recording in the books of accounts
  • Monthly and Quarterly Payables
  • Record Revenues (for output VAT)
  • Prepare and review financial documents, reports, and statements.
  • Keep a separate record of Vatable Expenses
  • Prepare and provide data to external accounting firm pertaining to ANY and ALL BIR transactions, Business Tax, Business Permit Renewals, Statutory benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF), Annual Submission of SEC- GIS
  • Other duties as required
  • Direct communication to the Director Manager for any tax related concerns
  • Knowledgeable about PEZA
  • Oversee all accounting procedures ( e.g. tax returns, month-end closures, budgeting)
