Qualifications:

• Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or any Behavioral Courses major in Human Resource Development Management
• Competence to build and effectively manage the interpersonal relationships at all levels
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Has a positive attitude towards work, has initiative, and is driven
• Proficient in creating reports and in using MS Office
• Excellent active listening, communication, and representation skills
• Has least 1-2 years in different facets of HR (preferably compben, ER & recruitment) in the BPO industry is an advantage
• Can start immediately

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing Training and Employee Engagement Program
• Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues
• Proactive inputs to HR verticals on benchmarking requirements seeking internal as well as external market “best practice” opportunities that will enhance engagement
• Recruitment and Selection activities
• Coordination of HR functions such as employee relations, employee benefits, performance appraisal, and manpower requisition to management
• Assists management in ensuring safety, security, and orderliness within the company premises
• Updates HR trackers
• Maintains a systematic, accurate, and complete records/files and ensures the confidentiality of information
• Other tasks that may be assigned related to HR functions
