HR Recruitment Focus:

HR Specialist for Sourcing who can provide a sound talent pipeline and top-notch support for the organization’s hiring needs by making sure that vacancies are filled in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensure optimal candidate experience, and assure to provide the number of manpower needed.
  2. Sourcing specialist- recruitment officer – conducts job posting, screening resumes, scouting and set schedule for interviews.
  3. Filling positions within departments
  4. Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the company
  5. Handling of files, data of administration and record keeping
  6. Execute and maintain recruitment plans efficiently
  7. Drafting and posting job descriptions
  8. Preparing job offer, contracts and other documents for newbies
  9. Conducts orientation and introduction for newbies
  10. Daily time monitoring – log in daily time in and out including break logs in and out of employees
  11. Maintain and update data and candidate information in applicant tracking system
  12. Maintain and update Masterlist for all employees (regular and proby), resigned and etc.
  13. Record keeping of attendance, absences and tardiness per month
  14. Submit reports for requested files, data and etc.
  15. Organize 201 files of employees
  16. Other tasks that may be assigned related to HR functions
