CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
About the role
A results-driven Customer Sales Representative (CSR) responsible for engaging customers across multiple channels, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals to drive revenue and maximize every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with Customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
- Identify Customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to drive sales.
- Process Customers’ orders, take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments.
- Actively up-sell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain broad knowledge of all Company Products, Services and Promotions.
- Accurately captures Customer Information.
- Follow Communication Procedures, Guidelines and Policies.
- Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, offering timely and effective solutions.
About you
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability or strong potential to convert leads and close sales.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by sales performance.
- Customer-focused with the ability to balance service and sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic situations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in computer use, CRM systems, and digital tools.
- Call Center experience (is a must).
