MARKETING PROFESSIONAL

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Professional to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and trends and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage content creation, digital marketing campaigns, and social media presence.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms including social media, websites, email, and blogs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Development, and Design to align campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads,Social media) to drive targeted traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Plan and execute events, promotions, and product launches.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Manage budgets and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a marketing role (more for senior roles).
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe CreativeSuite).
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, analytics).
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Industry experience in IT (Information Technology.
